- Check off the appropriate boxes in the displayed form.
- Room Amenities should be used to identify amenities in the room or at the resort.
- On Site Activities should be used to identify activities offered at the resort.
- Nearby Activities should be used to identify activities offered away from the resort but in the general area.
- Use the free form text box to add amenities or activities not identified in the form.
- All checked boxes will be translated to text for use in the Web Page Views.
- Click on "Update" when you are ready to add the information to the database.
In this section you will not be given an opportunity to review the information before updating,
so you should do it on this screen.
- You may change your amenities and activities information at anytime from the update panel.
- After the data has been entered in the database, Click on the button to go to "Add Pictures"

4) Upload Up to Four Picture Files

- Fill in the appropriate boxes to upload up to four pictures, none are required.
- A description must be specified for each file selected.
- The first picture will be displayed as 100 x 75 in the search results summary listing.
- All uploaded pictures, in the order specified, will be displayed in the Web Page View as 150 x 105.
- To maintain aspect clarity the picture height should be approximately 75% of the width
and as close in size to 150 x 75 as possible.
- All uploaded pictures must be either a "gif" image or a "jpg" image.
- After all the desired images and descriptions have been entered, Click on "Add Pictures"
when you are ready to add the information to the database. In this section you will not be given
an opportunity to review the information before being loaded, so you should do it on this screen.
- Click on the reset button should you need to clear the form.
- You may change your pictures at anytime from the update panel.
- If you need additional help with images please e-mail the webmaster and specify Ad number and
picture description. Only e-mails from the e-mail address listed in the general information will be accepted for help.
