5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center are advertising listing services for vacation rental properties and travel services. 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center are not a travel agency, rental agency, or a real estate company.

5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center will under no circumstances act as a rental agent for any vacation property owner or as a travel agent for any travel related service provider.

This website as part of it's concierge service will conduct a web based search on behalf of a prospective traveler based on supplied parameters and publish the results of that search to the requestor in exchange for a fee for providing this service. The fee shall constitute a markup on the cost of the travel services provided in the search results and is only collected at the time a prospective traveler engages one of the travel services offered in the search results list.

Travel bookings and travel services are provided by third parties not affiliated with 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center.

This website assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, arising out of the use of travel services listed in the search results. All conditions, terms of use, and liability will be by agreement between the parties involved, i.e, the prospective traveler and the property owner, agents, resorts, and travel service providers and shall not involve 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center. All agreements will be between the vacation property owner, agents, resorts, and travel service providers and the prospective traveler. Under no circumstances will 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost income, profits, or unreimbursed travel expenses in any way arising out of or related to the use of services listed in the search results, even if 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center have been advised as to the possibility of such damages. 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center assumes no responsibility for the use of the travel services listed in the search results and provided by thrid parties.

It is the sole responsibility of all persons using the search results of our Concierge Service to do any necessary due diligence to ensure that all representations and claims made by other travel sites, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, vacation property owners, resorts, or other travel agents are true and factual. 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center make no such representations about any of the parties and assumes no liability for claims made in the search results published to the prospective traveler.

The content for all information displayed as part of the search results is created directly by other travel web sites, travel service providers, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, vacation property owners, resorts, or travel agents and/or their respective agents, and as such 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center will not assume responsibility and will not give any warranty for the accuracy of the information contained in any of the search results returned as part of our concierge service.

5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center will not knowingly publish any search results, which are in violation of any state or federal laws. Any search results found to be in violation will be removed.

Under no circumstances will 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost income, profits, or unreimbursed travel expenses in any way arising out of or related to the services provided, even if 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center have been advised as to the possibility of such damages. 5 Star Vacation Rentals and the 5 Star Travel Center assumes no responsibility for technical problems beyond our control involving the Internet, servers, or modems.
